When you hit NEWPORT, RHODE ISLAND : Once on America's Cup Ave. (Waterfront), stay in right lane and merge onto Thames St. After Shell Gas Station, take 2nd left onto Dixon St. Turn right into parking lot at sign for 503 Spring St. Please enter through front. 

From BOSTON, MA : Take Rt. I-93 S to Rt. 24 S to Rt. 114 S (becomes Broadway). After left at Museum Of Newport History, follow traffic onto America's Cup Ave. (See above.) 

From NY, CT & NJ: Take I-95 to Rt. 138 E (Exit 3A) to Jamestown Bridge and over the Newport Bridge. Take first exit once over the bridges (Downtown/Scenic Newport). Follow to Farewell St. (Rt. 238). Bear right onto America's Cup Ave. (See above).

From NORTHERN RI, PROVIDENCE AIRPORT & NEARBY MA: Take I-95 S to exit 9 in E. Greenwich, RI (Rt. 4) Continue onto Rt.1, then 138 E and over Jamestown Bridge and then Newport Bridge. Take first exit off bridge (Downtown Scenic Newport exit), and turn right on Farewell St. (Rt. 238). Bear Right onto America's Cup Ave.(See above).
